Step by Step buyers Guide...

1. Selecting the Property
You can view the Properties Currently for sale on our website or request a schedule to be emailed to you for any property which you may have seen. Our on-line catalogue contains a description & images of each property on offer. The asking price should give you an indication of what a vendor may be looking to sell a particular property for.

2. Viewing
The viewing arrangements for each of the properties on offer are listed in our on-line catalogue. If open viewing dates are set for the property then select a date/time which suits and register to attend on-line or by calling our office. You should view the property as soon as possible so you can decide whether you wish to proceed.

3. Notes of Interest
If you are interested in a particular property you should register your interest with Future Property Solutions so we can keep you up to date with any new information or changes to the property.

4. Making an Offer
You can make an offer on any of our properties for a vendor to consider. Please contact us if you wish to offer and we will guide you through the process.

5. Terms of Sale
Future Property Solutions provide flexible terms of sale based on both vendors and purchasers requirements. At your point of offering we will establish your criteria and ensure suitalbe terms of sale are negotiated for both buyer and seller.

6. Deposit
If you are successful in purchasing a property then a holding deposit will be payable to secure the sale. We will specify the deposit amount when you make a successful offer on the property so you know exactly what will be required.

7. Solicitors
Once you have successfully negotiated an agreement to purchase the property we will hand the documentation and instruction over to the solicitors who will handle the conveyancing process for the sale.

8. Completion Date
At your negotiated date of completion your solicitors will provide you with the keys or collection point for the keys of your property.
