Our partner agents include local estate agencies, letting agents, solicitors, private individuals & financial advisors. Unlike other auctioneers in Scotland, we are solely auctioneers and do not act as estate agents as well, so by referring a property to us, you do not have to worry that you are giving business to one of your competitors.
Whilst traditional private treaty methods of selling may be best suited to some of your properties, there are instances whereby a sale by public auction is beneficial, or necessary. This could be due to the type of property, or changes in a client's circumstances resulting in the need for a quick sale.
