Turn left at the T-junction with the A865 and head north for 8 miles, crossing the causeway from Benbecula to North Uist and passing through the village of Carinish to the T-junction at Clachan. Continue north for a further 2 miles. Mains electricity and water run along the main road adjacent to the land. However, in common with adjacent properties a private waste-water, such as a septic tank, would need to be installed.
