0.05 acre rectangular site with approximate dimensions of 18m x 12m, within which a former 12,000 gallon concrete water tank remains in-situ. The site is enclosed by an old concrete post & wire fence on 3 sides and a stone wall along its roadside boundary, in which there is a timber pedestrian gate.
